Hi everyone!

Hope you've been having a good week - and that whatever your current pattern of 'normality' looks like, you've been able to pause this week and enjoy a bit of sunshine and blue sky?!

Things to highlight for you this in coming week:

Services on Sunday 26th April

These continue in our regular pattern of 9.30am, 11.30am and a call to prayer at 6pm - all available online (see our live services page for the links)

Please find the service sheet for the 9.30 service here: Easter 3sj.pdf

Alpha

We're carrying on running the Alpha course on Wednesday evenings - if you know anyone who's asking questions about faith or God or anything at this time, now would be a great opportunity to invite them to Alpha, and why not offer to do it alongside them?

Marriage course

Now might be a really good time to deliberately spend some time investing in your relationships, and to that end, why not take part in the Marriage Course? For a review see:

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/family/relationships/signed-online-marriage-therapy-course/

Our one begins tomorrow (Friday 24th) this is a 7-week course for anyone in a long term relationship (married or not) - and you can sign up with your partner for online sessions looking at how to invest in your relationship, build a strong marriage, or even to restore what may have been damaged. You could even use this as an opportunity to make it into a date night with your loved one as you explore your relationship together!

To sign up see: The Marriage Course at St Johns

#LoveYourNeighbour

We're continuing to play our part in connecting with those around us, and especially our local community here in Crawley. if you have time and capacity (and not everyone does right now - a continued hats off to parents everywhere - you're doing amazing!) why not volunteer and get involved.

See: www.stjohnscrawley.com/LoveYourNeighbour

Groups

This coming week see our fortnightly groups meet (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, beginning at 8pm). If you're not currently part of a group, now could be a great time to join one for a regular chance to connect a bit more deeply with others from St Johns, as well as growing in discipleship, worshipping and praying together. All our groups take place on Zoom at the moment - if you're signed up already your group leader will email you an invitation each time - if you're not yet, click here to join one.

Other than that, we continue to pray for you all - keep in touch, and keep safe - and we'll see you again soon!

God bless

Jimmy on behalf of the St John's team
